Fat Blasting Boot Camp
The Fat Blasting Boot Camp Program was designed by Angie Schumacher, a Certified Personal Trainer, for her boot camp class in Colorado. She wanted to ensure that her members received a total body workout in just 30 minutes-3 times a week.
With the Fat Blasting Boot Camp Program, you will start out with 2 weeks of "Get Started" workouts that will get your body ready for the upcoming 12 weeks of workouts. Each workout is linked to a video demonstration that will show you how to correctly do each exercise.
The Fat Blasting Boot Camp Program consists of 3 circuits—Strength, Cardio and Core. You begin with the strength training, which includes 4 exercises that will hit every muscle in your body. This will sculpt and tone your upper and lower body and elevate your heart rate, making sure you are burning tons of calories. The cardio training consists of 3 exercises that elevate your heart rate and boost your metabolism to ensure maximum fat burning. You then finish off with core training, which incorporates 3 exercises that will hit every inch of your abs, creating lean, sexy abs. After each workout, your body will continue to burn calories for the next few hours! No matter what fitness level you are at, all the workouts are easily suitable to meet your needs.
Not only do you get the most amazing and effective fat burning workouts, you will also receive Fat Blasting Meal Plan Ideas, which help you to plan your meals and help you achieve maximum results with this program. A copy of simple, Energy Producing Recipes that Angie has used over the years, will also be included. Lastly, you will get a private invitation to the FREE Fat Blasting Boot Camp forums where you can ask questions about the program, blog about your experience, chat with other women who are using the Fat Blasting Program and receive one on one attention from Angie Schumacher.
Why is this program different from the others? This is a program that can be used right in the comfort of your own home, with little to no equipment! No universal gym machines, cardio machines or gym membership is needed. What you WILL need is a medicine ball OR dumbbells OR a kettlebell, stability ball, a chair or a step. That’s it!
No need to spend tons of money on diet pills or diet programs or to be confused over all the contradicting information about fitness and weight loss, the Fat Blasting Boot Camp Program is your answer!
The Fat Blasting Boot Camp Program is backed by an 8-week money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you will receive your money back, no "ifs," "ands," or "buts." So you really have nothing to lose.

A young wife sat on a sofa on a hot humid day, drinking iced tea and
visiting with her Mother. As they talked about life, about marriage,
about the responsibilities of life and the obligations of adulthood,
the mother clinked the ice cubes in her glass thoughtfully and turned
a clear, sober glance upon her daughter.
"Don't forget your Sisters," she advised, swirling the tea leaves to
the bottom of her glass.
"They'll be more important as you get older. No matter how much you
love your husband, no matter how much you love the children you may
have, you are still going to need Sisters. Remember to go places with
them now and then; do things with them. "Remember that 'Sisters' means
ALL the women... your girlfriends, your daughters, and all your other
women relatives too. "You'll need other women. Women always do."
What a funny piece of advice!' the young woman thought. Haven't I just
gotten married? Haven't I just joined the couple-world? I'm now a
married woman, for goodness sake! A grownup! Surely my husband and the
family we may start will be all I need to make my life worthwhile!'
But she listened to her Mother. She kept contact with her Sisters and
made more women friends each year. As the years tumbled by, one after
another, she gradually came to understand that her Mom really knew
what she was talking about. As time and nature work their changes and
their mysteries upon a woman, Sisters are the mainstays of her life.
After more than 50 years of living in this world, here is what I've
THIS SAYS IT ALL:
Children grow up.
Jobs come and go.
Love waxes and wanes.
Men don't do what they're supposed to do.
Colleagues forget favors.
Sisters are there, no matter how much time and how many miles are
A girl friend is never farther away than needing her can reach.
When you have to walk that lonesome valley and you have to walk it by
yourself, the women in your life will be on the valley's rim, cheering
you on, praying for you, pulling for you, intervening on your behalf,
and waiting with open arms at the valley's end.
Sometimes, they will even break the rules and walk beside you...Or
come in and carry you out.
Girlfriends, daughters, granddaughters, daughters-in-law, sisters,
sisters-in-law, Mothers, Grandmothers, aunties, nieces, cousins, and
extended family, all bless our life!
The world wouldn't be the same without women, and neither would I.
When we began this adventure called womanhood, we had no idea of the
incredible joys or sorrows that lay ahead. Nor did we know how much we
would need each other.
Every day, we need each other still.

High Heel Perspective is a 6 e-Book series that I have designed to help Women live their best life.
*2009 * Launch your personal comeback!!!
Why Women aren’t on their own list of priorities:
After taking care of everyone else, they are always putting themselves last on the list, and often have very little left to give. There are many women who aren’t living– they just exist. Women often wear their exhaustion as a badge of honor. The more you do for your loved ones, the more acceptable it becomes to “let yourself go.” *SO* it is time ladies to launch your personal comeback. My e-book series will help in various areas in our lives. I talk about—Fears, Forgiving, Self Esteem, Self Worth, Heath, Relationships, Positive Thinking, Goals and Balance.
I am a certified Life /Success Coach for Women. Of all the things I love about my life and work, it’s the opportunity to meet amazing and dynamic women that inspires me the most. I support women in choosing new perspectives and establishing new beliefs. To Inspire and empower.
Learn to love yourself!
Remember...Your not alone! Many women feel the same
FEARS...our own expectations...We let fear take over. Women become paralyzed in their lives and let themselves because of an underlying fear. A fear of rejection, a fear to accept that they aren't enough, a fear of accepting how others may feel about them. They let the fear take over and let other people determine their own self worth.
GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION NOT BE A SUPERWOMEN...AS A WAY OF HONORING YOURSELF!
Having a healthy perception of life and a positive attitude is one the best self care strategies you can practice. It is universal laws that what you focus on expands *so* What are you focusing on?
Desire is what motivates us towards PASSION…
Passion is Everything that matters, everything we have ever wanted, everything that makes a great life.
E-coaching Series for Women...Walking in our shoes
All forgiveness is self-forgiveness. Your [experience of] the world is the result of your combined state of thought and feeling - [your arena] of consciousness. [Since your experience of the] world is a result of your state of consciousness, then if you hate anyone, you are disliking a part of yourself. -Raymond Charles Barker
Attitude is all about CHOICE!
We all as humans crate our own reality, circumstances by the choices that we make and the choices that we make are fueled by our own thoughts so our thoughts are the most powerful think we have and based upon what we think determines who we are and we attract who we attract who we are into our lives.
To win the battle of life,
One needs weapons like compassion & forgiveness.
It starts with FORGIVENESS...
Let Go...of your thoughts, anger, job, etc...
Forgiveness is freeing up and putting to better use the energy once consumed by holding grudges, harboring resentments, and nursing unhealed wounds. It is rediscovering the strengths we always had and relocating our limitless capacity to understand and accept other people and ourselves.
Free yourself for what is to come. Do not let your past define you. I am not very good at listening to 'stories.' "This is what happen to me"... yada, yada.
I believe it's keeping you where you are. It doesn't mean it didn't happen. It doesn't mean they were right, it means you are willing to let it be a part of history...to let go!
What is forgiveness?
There's no one definition of forgiveness. But in general, forgiveness is a decision to let go of resentments and thoughts of revenge. This can reduce the power these feelings otherwise have over you, so that you can a live freer and happier life in the present. Forgiveness can even lead to feelings of understanding, empathy and compassion for the one who hurt you.
Doesn't forgiving someone mean you're forgetting or condoning what happened?
Absolutely not! Forgiving isn't the same as forgetting what happened to you. The act that hurt or offended you may always remain a part of your life. But forgiveness can lessen its grip on you and help you focus on other, positive parts of your life. Forgiveness also doesn't mean that you deny the other person's responsibility for hurting you, and it doesn't minimize or justify the wrong. You can forgive the person without excusing the act.
Say...Thank you for giving me that experience. Those experiences are a part of you. It's your job to learn how to love yourself, regardless of what has happened. It's about shifting form all those places of negativity to possibility.
I've lived in those dark places. Do I slip up? You bet! That is when perspective and gratitude comes in or it should! Gratitude is absolutely the way to bring more into life. Be grateful for what you have now. As you begin to think about all the things in your life you are grateful for, you will be amazed at the never-ending thoughts that come back to you of more things to be grateful for.
"The daily practice of gratitude is one of the conduits by which your wealth will come to you."
