The treadmill is a little like life.

We all get so comfortable and used to running on the treadmill of life, that we never stop to decide what we are actually wanting to accomplish.

Whatever it may be you have to decide. We can all get preoccupied with running on the treadmill of life…NOT being living consciously, fully present.

Don’t lose sight of your path, too often it goes undiscovered. It can get overgrown with distractions and can become hard to find if our time is spent on too many other things. Get off the treadmill and just go for it!

After taking care of everyone else, We are always putting ouselves last on the list, and often have very little left to give. There are many women who aren't living—they just exist.
You have to step out of your comfort zone and do something different if you want the results in your life to change.

Whether you think you can, or you think you can't...
you'll be right both ways.
Self-belief is all that really matters- you can do it if you want to.

What an inspiring message. I always strive to live in the present but find the temptation of dwelling in the past distracting and the desire to look out into the future equally disconcerting. And if it isn't one of those it's the challenge in the now of not letting routines take over. Great analysis and message.

P.S. You had me in stitches over the video. I swear to god that's me!

I agree. We are here for a limited amount of time. There's no sense in thinking ahead or worrying about things that may or may not happen. Energy spent enjoying the moment stays with us forever and nourishes us.

Youre messages are always inspiring and to the point.

Damn Straight. If you believe it - you can achieve it. You have to have faith and confidence in you and what you are doing. You need a plan and a desire and a group of allies to help you through, but you also need to keep your mind shut off to negative influences. But know - you can do anything you want to do. Now find what it is you want and go go go do it!

Thank you Sarah. LOL ...I know...I was rolling in laughter with that video! (your not alone my friend...that is so me too!)

Kathleen, so true! Wasted energy! Worry pretends to be necessary...but serves no useful purpose.

Benny, love that! "Faith & Confidence", are so essential to our being.

"He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life.”
