Beauty Happens in the Stillness of Your Presence

Presence is needed to become aware of the beauty, the brilliance, the sacredness of nature.

Childlike Timeout

When is the last time you gazed up into clouds, and discovered a creative activity or type of artistic expression that is intended to be beautiful or thought-provoking.

I just returned from a little R&R in Mexico and was reminded of this presence. Truly grounding. I saw fairies, high heels (it's a girl thing), pigs, and Zeus. Captivating!!

To become aware of such things, the mind needs to be still. Every time you stop, slow down, and take time for self care it allows your mind, body and soul to nourish.

Many of us have the daily distractions such as cell phones, computers, people who are likely to interrupt our energy flow. It is vital we acknowledge the importance of stillness and meditation. This is essential to give you a peace of mind, balance and clarity.

You need to ask yourself how important are the demands of your job, housework, and recreational activities. Think about ways of changing your activities around that will give you 'timeout', while still honoring your commitments.

Ask yourself this question: How am I going to love and honor myself today?

Look up into the have the whole world awaits!

Live passionately... what else have you got to do!

What an inspiring entry. Everyone's just been so busy trying to make money that they forget the simple joys of life. The last time I looked at the clouds was when I was in the car, waiting, while stuck in traffic. It did not last for a minute but I enjoyed every second of it. :)

Hello Carol :) Thank you! Many of us stumble through each day doing the best we can without the awareness and the tools we need to change the direction of our lives. I so agree...I too lost site (compromised for monetary) UGH!
Without bringing conscious awareness to our choices, we will continue to repeat the patterns of our past.
I am happy you have that awareness, those few minutes are brilliant!

Hello Meg (girlfriend) So great to have ya back! How was your vacation. Did you find some clarity?

Christine :)

Hello Angie :) GREAT to hear from ya! Bravo for you girl! I am so proud of you. When our actions authentically reflect our vision for our lives, we radiate joy and our passion effortlessly carries us through our days.

Hello Kimmy :) or Soul Sista! I love being connected with like-minded women. Thank you kindly for your kindness.
Understanding our own connection is vital. It is our right and our obligation to ourselves, and those in our world, to be certain we are engaging in our life with integrity, with accurate information and with full awareness about ourselves.

Thank you! I appreciate you ALL.
