Often the news of an impending economic recession is accompanied by an equally heavy mental recession - our minds shrink to thoughts of fear and uncertainty, and the days ahead seem filled with gloom. It need not be like this, and in fact we are only making the situation worse for ourselves by becoming more depressed. Here are a few pointers for facing financial hard times with poise and calmness:
Focus on the here and now
The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, or not to anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.

i agree ! we should be focusing to here and now. these past 8 months, I've been focusing in my past, and it's killing me! I wanna get out of it. from now on I will always look forward with the help of your gracious words! and my loved ones!

I want to thank you for for the compliments!:D and I don't know why I have this urge towards this kind of stuff. I am just really amazed to things involving self-discovery and stuff. I'm gonna take "..such a young women (age 17) have such an old soul." as a great great compliment to me!!
btw, I subscribe to yours. i really think your site is wonderful!
Great post! I totally agree! Why worry about things that you really have no control over.
