Christine, humor is very important to make balance by releasing stress as I believe. Also sarcasm is awesome to deal with hard times but not eveybody is capable of it :D

It is so true, whenever I feel down and out I watch comedy and my hubby always keeps me laughing, it has been a great tool for me the past two years.
