Another Beautiful Soul passes...leaving behind an EXTRAORDINARY legacy.

screw you, cancer: Another beautiful soul taken.

Memories are hard to forget. Caring for someone is hard to regret. Losing someone is hard to accept, but even with all the hurt I've felt letting go and moving on is the most painful yet.

This week-end we lost someone great, another person taken from us by this wicked disease too early in life.

I am so very sad and sorry to hear of my friend's passing.
To all Lynn's family & friends, my deepest sympathy on the loss of your loved one.  She was a lovely woman! I will cherish my memories of our time together.
We will all miss her dearly.

A loss of life has always makes me think of my own mortality, a time to reflect, and evaluate... what really matters. Life is too short and unpredictable not to live exactly as you please. Ultimately, we all have the same destiny... so live and love your life.
Cancer, a battle we did not choice. It's a horrible disease that has taken so many lives.
screw you, cancer!

Excerpt from Your Roots Are Showing, You may be at this juncture right now, standing at the threshold of a decision with implications of eternal magnitude. The road splits here; choose the path of righteousness and live in the light or chose the path of rationalization and remain in the dark. It is so important that we recognize the significance of a healthy life and choose our path accordingly. This choice not only affects us, but in fact, could shape the legacy, not only for yourself, but your children, grandchildren too. A path of bitterness, resentment…breeds despair. The path of righteousness grants generations of peace, confidence and power.

We won't find the right path by default.  The choice must be deliberate.

Which paths lead us to the kind of life that we desire and to those we love?

“People have a hard time letting go of their suffering. Out of a fear of the unknown, they prefer suffering that is familiar.”
“Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness. If, in our heart, we still cling to anything – anger, anxiety, or possessions – we cannot be free.”

“For things to reveal themselves to us, we need to be ready to abandon our views about them.”
